If you stumbled upon this blog, that means our stars have crossed somewhere up above; possibly thousand years back. Some things change, but it's always nice to see a familiar face.

Let me wander with you.

An illustration of fashion blogger extraordinaire, Miss Claradevi (@lucedaleco). She has this pair of melancholy eyes that reminds me of vintage 1970s anime, especially the works of Leiji Matsumoto. Definitely the highlight of my drawing process.

It was an honor to be drawn by one of Indonesia's best young talented artist like Andhika Muksin. We met by a casual dinner together with other colleagues that happen to be our mutual friends. I have heard about his artworks and I definitely think that this guy totally deserves more exposures. After receiving the beautiful drawing above, I asked him a question, and here's what he got to answer below:

Me : What drives you to draw the way you draw?

Andhika : There are always ideas behind my artworks, but never fully realized back stories or specific meanings. I want people to see what they want to see, to make it theirs as much as it is mine. By specifically determine a meaning behind my works can really devalue their viewpoints that can otherwise be potentially enriching (for the artworks). So, what do you see in it? :)

Very well said Andhika, very well said. Find out more about his artworks via his OFFICIAL PAGE or INSTAGRAM account.
